We provide hemodialysis on schedule for patients with end-stage renal disease and acute kidney injury. Our dialysis floor operates around the clock with strict infection-control protocols, sterile single-use dialyzers, and continuous patient monitoring. Most patients are on a three-times-per-week schedule of four-hour sessions; we also accommodate emergency and visiting-patient dialysis.
On-site digital X-ray facility for a range of diagnostic needs — chest X-rays for fluid-overload assessment in dialysis patients, abdominal X-rays for ureteric stones, and skeletal imaging for trauma evaluation. Reports available same-day, with images reviewed by qualified radiologists.
Vascular ultrasound with Doppler studies — essential before AVF creation, for monitoring fistula maturation, and for diagnosing vascular access complications such as stenosis or thrombosis. Performed by trained operators with reports available within the hour.
Surgical creation of an Arteriovenous Fistula (AVF) — the gold standard for long-term hemodialysis access. Performed under local anaesthesia by our vascular-access surgeon. We follow international protocols for site selection, surgical technique, and post-operative care to maximise fistula maturation and longevity.
Insertion of a tunnelled cuffed dialysis catheter (Permacath) — used for patients needing dialysis access for several weeks to months, while an AVF matures or while vascular access strategy is being planned. Performed under fluoroscopic or ultrasound guidance with strict sterile technique.
Insertion of an Internal Jugular Catheter (IJC) — non-tunnelled central venous catheter for immediate dialysis access in emergencies, acute kidney injury, or until a long-term access option is established. Performed at the bedside or in the procedure room under ultrasound guidance.
Our surgical services cover commonly needed procedures including kidney biopsies, hernia repairs, abscess drainage, and other minor general surgeries. Performed in our procedure room or operating theatre — depending on complexity — by qualified surgeons with anaesthesia support where needed.
Our Intensive Care Unit handles critically-ill patients including those with acute renal failure, sepsis, severe fluid overload, electrolyte emergencies, and post-operative monitoring. Equipped with cardiac monitors, ventilators, and infusion pumps, staffed by trained ICU nurses and physicians around the clock.
Inpatient wards for routine admission, observation, and post-procedure recovery. We offer general ward beds as well as private rooms for patients who prefer additional privacy. All beds are within direct line-of-sight of the nursing station, with call bells and oxygen-supply outlets.
Our emergency room is staffed around the clock for acute renal failure, dialysis emergencies, severe electrolyte disturbances, fluid overload, hypertensive crises, and general medical emergencies. We have direct admission pathways to our dialysis floor and ICU when needed.
We operate a dedicated, fully-isolated dialysis setup for seropositive patients — those with HIV, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C. Separate machines, single-use dialyzers, dedicated nursing staff, and a physically separate area ensure complete isolation from our regular dialysis floor, in compliance with national infection-control guidelines.
